Terms and Conditions / House Rules of B&B Ánemos
Welcome to B&B Ánemos. To ensure you have a pleasant and trouble-free stay, please read our house rules carefully. Booking confirmation implies the acceptance of and commitment to respect these regulations.
1. Structure Information
B&B Ánemos, located in via Luigi Einaudi, 6 – 86039 Termoli (CB) Italy, is a family-run guest house managed by Stefania Cannarsa. The hospitality service is provided on a non-entrepreneurial basis and, therefore, is not subject to VAT. The structure's National Identification Code (CIN) is: IT070078C19LSPOQUC.
2. Bookings and Payment Terms
- The booking is considered confirmed only after the payment of a confirmatory deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay (or other agreed percentage), to be paid by bank transfer.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the structure (at check-in) in cash or through other payment systems previously agreed with the management. Checks are not accepted.
3. Cancellation Policy and No-Show
- In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation communicated in writing (via email or WhatsApp) up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded, net of any bank charges for the refund.
- For cancellations communicated less than 14 days in advance, or in case of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded and will be retained by the structure as compensation.
- In case of early departure compared to the dates agreed upon in the booking, the guest is still required to pay the full amount of the booked stay.
4. Check-in (Arrival) and Check-out (Departure)
- Check-in: Welcome and key collection are scheduled between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. We kindly ask you to communicate your estimated arrival time well in advance. Any arrivals outside these hours must be agreed upon and approved in advance.
- Legal Registration: Upon arrival, it is mandatory to show a valid identity document (passport, identity card, or driving license) for each guest, including minors, for registration and mandatory reporting to the Public Safety Authority (Alloggiati Web).
- Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure to allow cleaning and sanitizing operations for new guests. Failure to vacate the rooms by the indicated time may result in the charge of an additional day's stay.
5. Rules of Conduct and Internal Regulations
- No smoking: Smoking (including electronic devices such as e-cigs or tobacco heaters) is strictly forbidden inside the rooms and all internal spaces of the structure. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor spaces, using the ashtrays provided.
- Respect for quiet hours: Between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, guests are requested to strictly respect quiet hours to safeguard the rest of other guests. Please moderate the volume of televisions, audio devices, and conversations.
- Unregistered guests: It is strictly forbidden to bring people not regularly registered at check-in into the structure or rooms, unless explicitly authorized in advance by the owner.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the structure, unless special agreements are made in writing before confirming the booking.
- Use of equipment and cleanliness: We recommend turning off the lights, air conditioner, and other appliances every time you leave the room to support energy saving and the safety of the B&B.
6. Liability and Damages
- The management of B&B Ánemos declines all responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables, money, or personal effects of guests left unattended in the rooms or common areas.
- Guests are responsible for safekeeping the keys to the property provided at check-in. In case of loss or breakage of the keys, the cost of replacing the lock will be charged.
- Any damage caused to the structure, furniture, walls, or technical equipment by the guest or their invitees must be compensated before departure, assessing the cost of the damage with the owner.
7. Jurisdiction
For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation, execution, or termination of the contract governed by these conditions, the exclusive competent court will be the Court of Larino (CB), Italy, without prejudice to the mandatory protections provided by the Consumer Code in favor of consumers.
